    SELF CARE

    Self-care involves the everyday activities that help you take care of your personal health and wellbeing. Occupational therapy supports children in developing the skills, routines, and confidence needed to manage these tasks independently and safely.

  • FEEDING/PICKY EATING

    Our occupational therapists support children with picky eating, sensory-based feeding difficulties, and ARFID. We use gentle, evidence-based strategies to improve comfort with new foods, build positive mealtime routines, and support safe, confident eating.
