All appointments are subject to 10 minutes of non-face to face prep and 10 minutes of note taking on top of their appointment. This is charged at the NDIS rate of $193.99/hour. This ensures high-quality, well-prepared sessions and accurate, compliant documentation to support each participant’s goals.

You may be able to access Medicare rebates for 5 to 10 occupational therapy sessions, depending on the type of Medicare plan you’re eligible for.

We also accept private health insurance. Please check directly with your private health fund to confirm whether your level of cover includes occupational therapy services and how much it may cover.

Providing high-quality, personalised therapy goes far beyond the time spent in direct sessions. To ensure you, your child, and your support network receive the most effective care, your therapist also dedicates time to a range of essential behind-the-scenes tasks.

The following services are charged at the standard NDIS rate of $193.99 per hour, as they are scheduled into your therapist’s calendar as part of your ongoing support:

- Report writing

- Funding and resource applications

- Communication with stakeholders

- Session planning

- Development of personalised resources

- Clinical liaison and coordination

These activities are an important part of delivering a holistic and effective therapy experience.

As a mobile occupational therapy service, we come directly to you. This means we can complete home, daycare, school or community sessions. Therefore, travel costs apply in addition to the session fee, and are billed at the current NDIS rate of $96.99 per hour.

The NDIS allows therapists to claim up to 30 minutes of travel each way for appointments in MMM1–3 zones.

Kilometres are also charged at $0.99 per km, in line with NDIS pricing. This rate helps cover vehicle-related costs such as fuel, maintenance, and insurance.

We always aim to keep travel fees as reasonable as possible. Whenever we can, we coordinate appointments by location so clients in the same area can share travel costs for the day.
