Paediatric Occupational Therapy

Meet the TEAM


  • DIRECTOR/SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

    Shantelle graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). She brings a diverse range of clinical experience across hospital, school, and community settings. This breadth of practice has equipped her to support individuals across the lifespan.

    Shantelle is passionate about helping clients unlock their full potential and take meaningful steps towards independence. Shantelle’s approach is grounded in client-centred and evidence-based practice, with a strong focus on developing practical, realistic interventions that positively impact the lives of the people she works with.

    In her spare time, she enjoys taking her dog (named Rabbit) for long walks, spending quality time with family and friends, and recharging in nature.

  • DIRECTOR/CLIENT LIAISON

    With a background in public health administration, Tarik brings strong organisational insight and a deep understanding of service systems. He is dedicated to providing client-centred support, building warm and responsive relationships with families, and ensuring communication is clear, timely, and aligned with individual needs. Tarik assists clients throughout their therapy journey - from referrals and scheduling to service planning - helping them feel informed and supported every step of the way.
